The cooking
I remember so
well when I read “como agua para chocolate” by Laura Esquivel. Where the topic, the heart of the history is
the cook, the feelings, and the passion. When I read it, I really wanted to learn this
art, but in that moment I never imagined how wonderful will be.
There so many ways to cook, ancient recipe, and
cultures reflect in plates. That no one
can tell you !you can cook, you can´t do this of this way¡. This is the magic
of the cook, your heart is the guide of your hands and you just have to follow
it.
Maybe I´m not a really chef, but there two things in
this word that make me happy. Be whit family and cook. And this last one allows
me express to love, let my imagination fly, because there no limits when we
talk about food or tastes. Is like write. The foot is your paper and your hands
the fountain pen.
